The institutional structure and administrative organization of the Muharraq Charity Association depends on the association’s statute and its objectives. From this standpoint, the organizational structure of the association relied on dividing the basic activities in accordance with those objectives and the aforementioned administrative organization approach.

And since the association aims to develop revenues to maximize the benefit of this charitable work, a committee has been established to manage and develop various resources. In accordance with the professional foundations and principles, and through an extensive study of the various aspects of investment and identifying the optimal investment activities that achieve the objectives of development required for all financial resources while making the risk ratio to a minimum level in order to preserve those funds and the financial trusts that the Association bears as a trust to maintain, maintain and disburse in the legal aspects of it. This committee is considered the backbone of the basic activity of the association through its goals and objectives required of it
